From October 14th to 16th, AFA's technical and sales teams traveled to Shanghai to participate in the 12th AchemAsia 2025, co-organized by the German Chemical Machinery Association, DECHMA Exhibitions GmbH, and CIESC (China Chemical Industry Society). The exhibition brought together numerous experts, scholars, and business representatives from the biopharmaceutical industry, serving as a vital platform for the exchange of technologies and experiences within the industry. AFA meticulously set up a booth at the conference, showcasing its latest technologies and products for its wear-resistant C-ball valves. The booth was packed with attendees, who expressed strong interest in the wear-resistant C-ball valves and stopped to inquire and exchange ideas.

At the event, Xie Zhengze, Chairman of AFA, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Application of Wear-Resistant C-Ball Valves for Long-Term Stable Operation of Chemical Plants." Chairman Xie Zhengze provided a thorough and accessible overview of the development process of the wear-resistant C-ball valve, detailing its development journey, from initial market demand research to the R&D team's tireless efforts, and continuing through countless trials and improvements. Each step embodies AFA's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. He also elaborated on the product's core technological advantages. The wear-resistant C-ball valve incorporates multiple cutting-edge technologies and innovative design concepts, delivering exceptional wear resistance, sealing reliability, and operational flexibility. It effectively addresses a range of operational challenges encountered in coal gasification and propylene oxide plants, including valve wear, leakage, slag accumulation, scaling, and seizure. This effectively replaces imported high-end wear-resistant ball valves with domestically produced ones, providing a strong guarantee for the plant's long-term stable operation, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and safe and efficient production.
